   • Orders can only be placed from states where direct sales and shipment of adult beverages are legally permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with their state laws. Orders from states with restrictions will not be processed.
3. Age Verification:
   • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your state. Our delivery partners will verify your age upon receipt. Refusal or failure to provide valid identification will result in non-delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds:
   • Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of receipt, and are subject to our discretion.
5. Cancellations:
